Yes, it's true. I've fallen in love with my iPhone 4 all over again! I really like the upgraded US English voice, the more verbose feedback when moving app icons, the fact that VO moves itself to the body of the email without me needing to swipe swipe swipe swipe swipe past the headers while still allowing me to keep the full headers visible as I prefer, the new item chooser accessed via two finger triple tap, the new notification system, the new app page turning options, the calendar icon announcing the date, the vastly improved mailbox management tools, the tighter integration with iCloud AKA MobileMe, and of course the fact that Apple squashed a bunch of little bugs that had been hanging around for a while. I would even swear my iPhone 4 runs faster and weighs less under this new IOS. I'm looking forward to trying the updated versions of IOS Pages and Numbers to see if they've improved in terms of accessibility.
