Go a bit farther down the page, and you'll get past the unlabeled buttons, which are apparently labeled in other browsers for some reason. You'll find an edit field to type in your Apple ID and password. From there, the iCloud site isn't exactly convenient, but it does work if you're willing to poke and prod at it.
