Well I can't hear VoiceOver at the receiving end even if speakerphone is
active. This is on an iPhone 4. I can however hear VoiceOver on the 3GS.
Not that it bothers me but I can see why it would bother some.

call waiting signal, and more over heard who was calling, not to mention text

the ear buds. On the 4S, the other party can't seem to hear voiceOver even
though the output volume would normally be sufficient for the speaker to pick
it up.
