i can remove apps from my i-phone but for some reason i cannot remove music and photos? i selected my music library in i-tunes, selected all the songs, pressed delete and when i exited i-tunes all the music i wanted rid of was still under music on the i-phone. i tried going into my i-phone as a separate drive to try and erase things that way including some photos and i cannot locate my i-phone as a drive outside of i-tunes. how do i get rid of things other than applications on the i-phone 4 either with or without the use of i-tunes on my macbook pro?
i am running mac osx lion.
even doing a double tap and hold on say an album in the music app doesn't appear to work.
