Hello Annie

The only way I know would be to screen-share with iChat or, although I think 
it's less effective, Skype. I'm not sure whether that would give you full 
remote control; but Apple Remote Desktop is not accessible so don't spend your 
money on that unless you have sufficient vision to use it.

I'm not aware of any other way other than SSH via the terminal which wouldn't 
give you the GUI as far as I understand it.
