I can't take credit for this but one can use SuperDuper to create a bootable 
pendrive.

I have to credit Mike Arego and sorry if the spelling isn't correct.

I tried his steps and worked great.

If you go to blindcooltech.com and look for Mac Demo14 the steps are near the 
end.
