Hi!
This is a rather cruid way of having your iPad act as a talking clock
but it does work.
Find the status bar on the screen on your iPad and tap the clock on the
bar, iPad will announce the time.
Leave iPad and every time the clock changes - every minute - iPad will
announce the time, your talking clock!
