Setting up the VM is on topic. Where it goes off topic is once Windows is 
running, and the configuration. I hope that helps. I also agree totally with 
you; Lew's information is a little flawed. It's perfectly possible, even 
simple, for a blind person to create and maintain a virtual machines. That 
includes the installation of anything from 98 upwards.
