Hi Dónal and all,
I haven't noticed this at all. I've updated to 2.67 and had many new tweets and 
DMs come in, with no unusual switches of focus. I'd also check the App Store to 
make sure Growl gets updated, as they just released a new version recently as 
well. I"m not sure what to suggest, but it's working perfectly over here.
