Pressing Vo w once will read a word.
Pressing Vo W twice will spell the word
Pressing VO W   three time will spell phonetically.

Of course in an edit field, providing you have quick nav turned off you can
simply use right and left cursor keys..

Sometimes when reading an article I want toknow how a word is spelled. What
are the steps for getting voice over to read out each character, please?
