Yes worth the upgrade it has a little faster processer and twice the ram and
a much better camera . So yes it is worth the upgrade but for another 100
bucks you could got the iphone4s with a lot faster processer and lot better
camera and with the new voice command thing called Series and a extra 8 gb
of storage. JST !

Just got word that my iPhone 4 is on its way so "Merry Christmas Dane!" 
<smile> so here's the question, has anyone upgrading from an iPhone 3GS 
to an iPhone 4 noticed any performance differences or anything?

yep! could have upgraded to an iPhone 4S but I decied to hold off and 
wait till probably this time next year though the way the time goes with 
the years these days "This Time Next Year" will be here with us this 
time next week <smile>.
