Yes worth the upgrade it has a little faster processer and twice the ram and a much better camera . So yes it is worth the upgrade but for another 100 bucks you could got the iphone4s with a lot faster processer and lot better camera and with the new voice command thing called Series and a extra 8 gb of storage.
