Gave you some suggestions but here they are again. First take all apps out of the app switcher and reboot the device and see what happens! If this don't fix it then try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app and make sure you reboot the device after the uninstall and after the install. If that don't fix it try a restore of the device from a backup and if that don't work then try a restore of the device and put it back as a new device. Make sure you have all your stuff backed up and copies of it if doing the last one just in case! If none of this works then contact the app maker and see if they have had other complaints if not then it sounds like Apple time! HTH
