My Phone Desktop is a very clever, awesome universal iOS app to
basically control your iOS device from your desktop or web browser. You can:
1. Make calls and send SMS messages.
2. Transfer text by copying it to the iOS device's clipboard to be
pasted later.
3. Easily open long URLs in Safari on your iOS device.
4. Transfer images on your desktop to your iOS device. (note not tried
this with the web client yet).
I have posted the app over at www.applevis.com under the productivity
section. Please read this for a few accessibility comments.
