You should have no problem connecting a printer to your Mac. Once you do,
it should be found and identified by Mac OS X. It might tell you that it is
downloading the appropriate drivers, but you should have no issues.
If it includes a scanner, the only potential "issues" I am aware of is that
the printer has to have TWAIN drivers for the Mac in order for it to be used.
However, I am not recalling the details, but I can tell you that the last few
HP All in Ones I have used have been compatible with the Mac in all features.
