I actually changed the web loading to sounds only. I never trusted the
percent announced, but that's just my craziness.
Sometimes, you are not informed when a site fully loads. I am sure the
more technically knowledgeable can explain that, but I simply give sites a few
seconds if I do not have an indication that they have loaded.
