Hi Sarah, That is what I did but the resultant calendar backup file is only 203 bytes which is not big enough to include all my calendar entries. I thus wonder if is just the calendar day I am looking at. That is why I did a select all before the calendar export but that made no difference. Am I missing some preference option or the like?
Are you using icloud to sync your iCal with some other device? Exporting of a calendar may work differently if icloud is involved. The other possibility is that as an Apple developer I am running a prerelease level of Mac OS which might have iCal problems. Re your other Email about imap. I have discovered that gmail offers a facility to forward mail it receives on an account to some other Email address while leaving the original Email unchanged on the gmail account. That means I can forward all my wife's Email to my Email address and move or delete it freely with no effect at all on what my wife does with it (and vice versa). All the best....
