Hello Christo,

Page up, page down, home and end are visual effects and are working fine. It's 
just that no cursor actually moves, they just change what's showing on the 
screen. These keys will work for you when used with VO commands.

To page up in TextEdit, say, press VO-FN-Up Arrow.

The command to go to the beginning of a line is Cmd-Left Arrow, and that does 
work for us.

Don't worry, you're not the first and you won't be the last to be confused by 
this.
