Hello. There are newmerious podcasts out thee that will help you with itunes. You don't download them actually from the folders you add them to the library wiht cmd O. Also you can hit cmd n to create a new playlist and then copy and paste the stuff from your library to said playlist and also from the finder as well. just make sure that copy is not on under advansed.
