Hi, Verizon has a service that one can activate to block blocked, restricted and unwanted calls.
The advantage to this is your phone never rings so your never bothered. AT&T and sprint probably have the same service. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sarah Alawami <[email protected]> To: Mac OSX & iOS Accessibility <[email protected]> Date: Thu, 1 Mar 2012 09:38:15 -0800 Subject: Re: official app to block unwanted calls on Iphone? > NOt that i"m aware of. that would be nice but no I use youmail to ditch numbers I don't want to talk to. it sends a voicemail greeting like the old this caller does not except rejected numbers andthen hangs up. > > Take care. > On Mar 1, 2012, at 7:46 AM, Lyn & her faithful furry friends wrote: > > > Hi listers, > > > > Well the subject line says it all. Is there an official app that will successfully block unwanted calls on iPhone? I know there is one for jailbroken Iphones called Iblacklist that has very positive feedback but I would like to know if there is an official app in the Apple app store that will perform this operation. If any of you have had success with such apps, I would be interested to read all about your experiences. > > > > Thanks and take care, > > > > Lyn, Canelle & Epi > > > > ********** > > You can contact me in the following ways: > > email: > > [email protected] > > msn: > > [email protected] > > skype: > > micky-mac2010 > > facebook: > > www.facebook.com/lyn.bordeaux33 > > Please say who you are if asking to share details, thank you. > > > > <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> > > > > To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] > > > > You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: > > <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> > > or at the public Mail Archive: > > <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>. > > Subscribe to the list's RSS feed from: > > <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/maillist.xml> > > > > The Mac-Access mailing list is guaranteed malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free! > > > > Please remember to update your membership options periodically by visiting the list website at: > > <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/mac-access/options/> > > <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> > > To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] > > You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: > <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> > or at the public Mail Archive: > <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>. > Subscribe to the list's RSS feed from: > <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/maillist.xml> > > The Mac-Access mailing list is guaranteed malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free! > > Please remember to update your membership options periodically by visiting the list website at: > <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/mac-access/options/> > <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> or at the public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>.
