Hi Matthew, Perhaps I missed this in a previous message, but could you supply us with some standard troubleshooting information such as: 1. Make and model of the monitor. 2. Connection type (vga, dvi, hdmi, any converter cables, etc.). 3. Make and model of the computer this monitor was previously tested on to insure it works properly. 4. Model identifier of mac mini. 5. Mac oS version. 6. exact steps taken that replicate the issue, including power-on sequence, initial response, time before screen goes blank. 7. Exact list of details and settings from the Display and Energy Saver settings in System Preferences. 8. Exact list of available and current settings available on the monitor itself. 9. Steps you used to determine that the monitor is "sleeping" as opposed to some other behavior. 10. Does pressing a keyboard key bring the screen back to life? 11. Does VO continue to talk after the monitor has gone blank? If yes, is the mini operating okay aside from the monitor going dark?
