Hello Brian, Many thanks for the attached. I have failed to download IOS 5.1 for the last two days using the automatic DNS as set by my Internet Service Point talktalk. When I reset the DNS in my router to the Google DNS as you suggested i.e. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 then it all worked fine. Best regards....
