Hi Courtney,

I've noticed this behavior as well. I also see it sometimes when I'm
exporting a file. I solve the problem by bringing up the window chooser. It
seems that on my system the dialogue to save or export or whatever is there but
the focus doesn't go to it. I can select the location in window chooser and it
works. Sometimes just selecting the Window chooser and then closing it brings
up the save or other dialogue.

I hope this works for you.
