I agree with Sarah, just use your Windows CD to install a separate virtual machine with VM fusion. Personally I had nothing but problems with my boot camp partition and would not bother if I had to start from scratch. All sorts of problems with Bluetooth devices and getting windows to recognising wireless keyboards etc. None of this was a problem with Fusion.
You can install windows this way without sighted assistance as VM fusion walks you through the setup process and this is all accessible with voiceover. Once your windows is installed you will have to use Narrator or something like NVDA to get you started with access there.
