Hi All
My understanding of the issue is the power supply of the laptop stops sending any charge to the battery after it has reach full. I have read this somewhere and of course now I cannot find the article. IPhones you should discharge at least once a month fully. I suspect it wouldn't hurt to do this for a laptop battery as well.
