Hi Arthur, I've not experienced these sorts of problems. The key to using Skype on the mac is to realize the way the window is layed out. You can actually get back to the Contacts table fairly easily by interacting with the table on the left, where your conversations are listed, and using VO keys to move up to the "Contacts" item. From there, stop interacting and move over to the right and you'll be there. THis works whether you're in a call or not. Yours, Zack.
