Hi Michael & James, This happened to me 2 or 3 times recently. I did not spend much time troubleshooting the issue, and toggling VO didn't do the trick in my case. I wound up using the "Duplicate" function and was then able to work with the duplicate files. Not a satisfactory solution, I know, just a temporary workaround.
