I got my iPod 64GB at the beginning of March, the Apple store in Australia had
reduced the cost by 25% so I got a bit of a bargain <smile>, I use it every day.

I also have a Victor Reader Stream here and the second thing you'll notice with
your iPod Touch 4th Generation is its internal speaker, it has a louder volume
than the Victor Reader Streams speaker does - even though is ten times smaller
- though I do recommend you use headphones or some sort of dock or other audio
device with the iPod to get the best sound out of it.

I doubt you'll regret the purchase of your iPod given its versatility and
flexibility over what you had.

Hi!

I don't use any daisy readers on my Ipod so can't comment on that aspect though
I can say I nearly fell off my chair! when you quoted the repair cost of your
Stream, that's absolutely ridiculous and for that amount of money? Well I'd be
most surprised if you weren't able to get a 64GB iPod touch, perhaps a little
more money but not much more.
