Hi there! The way I understand it to work is that triple click is set but if a shop worker does things to it for setting it up for a customer that feature gets turned off in the process! The Thing to do [if you know that is] is to get hold of the device before anyone else has touched it and then Triple click should work and then anything else that needs doing to it can be done afterwards!
