My opinion is it's each to their own. I like the idea of a larger screen, better quality sound than even the iPhone 4 and longer battery life, something stupid like 10 hours over wifi. The larger screen may make it easier for me to type, not that I can't manage the iPhone 4 (I can and still do to this day), but the more the merrier I say. The same is true for sound. The speakers on the iPhone 4 is the best I have heard from any phone, but there is always room for improvement. Again the same is true for the battery. The battery is excellent on the iPhone 4, can get 2 to 3 days out of it. But again the more the merrier. But I know there are battery cases for the iPhone such as Juice Pack, but haven't tried or needed to try any of these. My advice is to go to an Apple reseller and play with an iPad there which is what I will do. Hope these are useful.

                hi all,

do people find the ipad 2 performance of a good quality with voiceover?
i can get a refurbished apple certified ipad 2 here in the UK 32 gig wifi only
for 359 gbp, saving 120 gbp on an ipad 3 equivalent, apart from the screen and
dictation what really would i need it for?
to pay 120 pounds extra for the screen that i can't see anyway and i hear more
ram, do people feel the ipad 3 is worth it? or does the 2nd generation suit us
as blind users fine?
interested in opinions?

Also I assume apple certified would be as new doul it? after having passed
stringent tests?
