Maybe I didn't explain things properly. Sorry if my first message wasn't clear enough. I meant do you need sighted help the first time you try to run TC conference? I did try hitting enter on the link for a room, but tc conference wasn't in my dock. I tried the vo command for bringing up the window chooser and that also didn't help.
