I'm running Lion's latest release on a Macbook Air. I'm hoping someone has a suggestion as to why I get the above message more and more often lately when listening to an internet radio stream from iTunes. If I had my Mac and my Windows machine side by side, the Windows machine, using Winamp, would have a constant media stream whereas the Mac would be constantly interrupted by the "rebuffering' activity. Both machines are connected to the internet wirelessly, so I doubt that is the reason, but it's becoming a real frustration.
On a related note, I find that Safari will cut out on a stream more often than I.E. on Windows. I don't really understand what the User Agent option really does on the Developer menu, though I have tried that in hopes I can make the streaming less choppy. Any assistance with both of these issues would be appreciated as I love my Mac but am really getting frustrated at the unreliability of media streaming. If you need more explanation, please let me know. Marcia Yale "Another world is not only possible, she is on her way.
