Hi All, My girlfriend recently purchased the navigon app. hen she launches the app, she's taken to the map manager. She tells it to select all maps, and then double taps the update button. the phone gets sluggish as though it's downloading something, but the downloads never actually occur. Progress indicators all stay at 0 percent, and when she taps the later button to try and skip the step of downloading the maps it doesn't let her do that. She has tried all the usual trouble shooting steps, restarting her phone, removing app from app switcher, uninstalling and reinstalling the app ETC. Nothing has worked.
