Hello All: This is an alarm clock with total VoiceOver support which is actually mentioned in the description.
You can set a sleep timer with either built in sounds or external meaning iTunes ETC. It's a free app and if you want, within the app there is a tip jar which uses your Apple ID. The tip is only $0.99 however you get full function even if you don't use the tip jar.
