Hello everybody Gordon is currently working on the process of migrating our mail servers to a different configuration. This means that the primary server which hosts this list will change from: <mail.tft-bbs.co.uk> To: <mail.mac-access.net> and the current server will be discontinued.
Therefor, we need a message of verification from everybody who wishes to be transferred to the new list automatically. If we don't receive that message by the time we migrate, the people who haven't contacted us probably won't be migrated. Therefore, could you all please send a short message to <[email protected]> indicating your consent to be migrated and making clear, in the body of your message, which email address you wish us to use. This will help us to speed up the process and get rid of the tedious issues which we're currently experiencing with our outward-facing primary server. Unfortunately, owing to a problem with the server itself, we're unable to automatically obtain list members' addresses, which is why your confirmation is necessary. We are unable to retrieve list membership details as we would usually do. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. But once again, if we do not receive your confirmation message, we will assume that you don't wish to be a member any longer unless, of course, you're known to us personally in which case we will assume continuity and migrate you automatically.
