Techniqually this is a mac list so I cannot answer for the pc side of things. On the mac side itunes is as easy as pie and very intuetive to use. I did a series of podcasts on itunes about 2 years ago and again when the interface changed. they are not on my podcast site anymore as I removed them but if you want i can find a link and upload them someware so you can have access to them for 24 hours.
