It's the sound you normally hear if you try and excite a vo command with vo off. What's supposed to happen is you are supposed to hear cycle through windows. It works in the finder fine. and I just did a permissions repair but no joy. Still does network in mail, or yorufukurou, or amadeus. Odd eh? I wonder what could be causing this.
