Subject: New iMac user with wi-fi/bluetooth problems

Hello,

I've had my first Apple iMac for two days now. I've managed to connect to my wi-fi network and the bluetooth trackPad works fine, but with the following problems.

When the iMac goes to sleep after a period of inactivity, and then is awakened by pressing a key on the keyboard, both the trackPad and wifi connection is lost.

I've just re-paired my trackpad, which got it working again, and tried to connect to my wifi network but with no joy.

When I went into network system settings, wifi didn't even see my network - it wasn't discovered. I think a reboot takes care of the problem, but that shouldn't be necessary.

Any ideas or suggestions?
