yes, I agree that "Thank You, I'll Try That" type messages are a little 
pointless really.  But positive comment once a suggestion has been tried, 
successfully or otherwise, is never discouraged.  Not, at least, on our lists.  
We want to encourage everybody to have some input regardless of their expertise 
or knowledge.  So helping somebody with a problem, plus their findings along 
the way, are never a problem.

Hope those instructions helped. I'm surprised the option I was looking for was 
missing but maybe that's the way ml is unless I have to change something in the 
options that was not there in lion. If they did not help let me know and I'll 
try and do better.  Hehahah.
