Hi Paul,

The folks at Apple removed the handy RSS feature from Mail in ML. You can use a 
third party RSS reader or maybe try the Safari extension mentioned at this link:

Also, here's a tip if you upgraded from Lion to ML and you want to try 
retrieving your previous Mail RSS feeds to import into a different reader:
