Hi Roger and All, One good option is to use Webvisum Webvisum is a site that solves the captas for the Blind, located at: http://www.webvisum.com/ After installing the plug-in into FireFox, you sign up and get a user name and password, and the next time you get a nasty capta, you simply navigate to the offending image, and use your applications key, and you can send the image to Webvisum, and within maybe half a minute, you can go to the edit field, and again, with the application key, have the option to paste it in. It may use a different keystroke on a Mac, but since it is made for FireFox, I assume it works on the Mac and Linux too. HTH.

I came across one such system which asked for the answer to a simple addition question. I can't believe that there aren't better ways of achieving the same outcome but without captcha.
