For your web browsing, have you tried groups mode? It tries to group
like items on pages into a single group, which makes things easier
sometimes. If the whole paragraph is in a single group, you simply
move the vo cursor onto the group, and it reads the whole paragraph
without having to do anything. I like that a lot, but a lot of folks
don't like that mode, as you need to interact with the group to click
on links and the like, but for me, this works well, but others have
different views.
