shift vo Home to go to the top and shift vo end to go to the end. I can never remember what the laptop keystroke is for home and end as I never use a laptop keyboard but it does involve using the FN key and an arrow key. If you try experimenting with fn shift control option and the arrow keys you will eventually get there.
This means that it is quite a lot of keys to push all at once on a laptop keyboard. One of the reasons I avoid it and use a full size keyboard. If you use this a lot I think it is possible to customise a shortcut using the keyboard commander in Voiceover Utility . using this you can set up a combination using option key plus another key. If you only have the left option key available on the smaller laptop layout You will have to be careful not to overwrite an inbuilt Mac OS shortcut.
