Hello All. I am seeking for a Mac solution that will permit me to access a remote computer. From the remote computer I then wish need to access a remote switch or router. The program must be platform independent.
All the programs I am aware of are not accessible when you need to take control of another computer. such as VNC, WebEx, Remote Desktop, etc. I only need to access the telnet/ssh program the customer is using. My current thoughts of resolving this issue is: 1. A program loads on the remote computer. The end user can interact with the program. 2. The remote computer accesses the switch/router via ssh and telnet. 3. The outputs are also echo to my console via SSH. 4. Both parties can type in data. 5. The remote side can log the outputs. 6. I can either run an app this end or use a SSH proxy. So then I can use the 'ssh' program within terminal. Any thoughts on resolving this difficult issue?
