Hi Gary.

Have you made sure that Bluetooth is turned on on both the Mac and iPhone. I 
see you have, so maybe there are settings in the App that needs to be changed.

Also , check Bluetooth Settings under System Preferences, there may be 
something in there, e.g show this Mac to all devices, that needs to be checked.
