You would first need to turn the roter to lines and then tap somewhere on
the screen with the text of the book. Then you should be able to flick up or
down to move to the previous or next line.

Hi there
I read some information that if you do a 1 finger swipe down, IBooks will
read line by line. This is not happening for me, the document simply
starts
reading again from the beginning. Is there any way to navigate a pdf in
IBooks except than page by page?
