I believe there is a guy version of WGet but it's so confusing to use I dunno. I would also like to know if there is a safari download manager ad my connection is so slow I can only do 1 file at a time. I want to be able to queue stuff up or like your friend access let's say all .ogg files on a certain page with out using WGet.
