1. go to prefs.

2. go to accounts int he tool bar.

3. go to the table and interact.

4. press vo shift cmd space on the account you want at your default. if it is 
at the bottom. don't forget to rout your mouse to it before you do cmd vo shift 
space.

5. vo left arrow until you get to the top of the list and do a vo shift cmd 
space  to release the account and it should be at the top.

I can't get this to work all the time but this is the only way I know how to do 
it. If there is another way I'd love to know.
