Hi Desi,

Can you check in the Mac App Store under "Purchases" about the status of your 
Mountain Lion purchase?  If you navigate to the toolbar and VO-Space to select 
"Purchases" and use VO-Space to select it, what happens when you check the 
entry for "Mountain Lion" on that page?  (For example, if you use item chooser 
menu to find "Mountain Lion" and navigate to its entry in the table of 
purchases, then right arrow or VO-right arrow across the columns, does the 
fifth column get announced as "Download","Install", or "Installed"?)
