I'm looking forward to someone I know to have an iPhone, and try using FaceTime like the VisWiz app, only real-time visual assistance. I don't need that sort of help that often, so I haven't tried it for this yet. Definitely, because it is all done either via 3G or wifi. Facetime wifi only for most users I think even if they are on iOS 6.
