Hi again: Perhaps one of you experienced Mac users could take a shot at this app and see if there is a way to access the initial setup of this program. It's a free app and of value to anybody using a Mac.
If anyone is interested, they can obtain the program from my server at: ftp.compuconference.com/Apple_Stuff Thanks all over the place. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of John Panarese Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2012 9:34 PM To: Mac OSX & iOS Accessibility Subject: Re: SMC Fan Control problem. Did you try the item chooser menu with VO-i while in the app? I'm not sure if that will help, but it has helped me out at times locating items on the screen I could not easily find with exploring. Those are accessed with quick double-taps of VO-F2 and F1 respectively. These two often help in situations like this, I've found. >> Hope this helps, >> Zack. >> On Oct 3, 2012, at 3:53 PM, Jim Noseworthy <[email protected]> wrote: >> >>> Hi Gang: >>> >>> When I attempt to run the SMC fan control app for the first time, I first have to enter my password which works well. The problem is, that a window pops up in the middle of the screen and I am required to press the "agree" button. I am not able to access the window via Voiceover.
